Loommera Responsibility

We will cover replacement shipping costs when:

  1. The item received is defective.
  2. The item received is damaged during shipment.
  3. The wrong product was shipped by Loommera.
  4. Product Availability

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement size, color, or product is unavailable, Loommera may offer:

An exchange for a similar product of equal value.

A store credit (where applicable).

Another mutually agreed exchange option.

No monetary refund will be provided unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photographs showing the issue.

Retain all packaging materials until the claim is reviewed.

Failure to report damage within the specified timeframe may affect exchange eligibility.

Tags have been removed.

The item has been altered.

Once an exchange item is received and approved:

Replacement items are generally dispatched within 3–7 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and shipping provider.

  1. Lost or Delayed Return Shipments

Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Loommera is not responsible for:

Lost return shipments.

Delayed courier services.

Packages damaged during return transit.

Proof of shipment should be retained until the exchange process is completed.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted and the Exchange Policy will apply instead.
